Terms and Conditions

The rules for using this site and MADLIC’s services.

Last updated: November 6, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using madlic.com (the “Site”) you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by MADLIC Consulting Group, LLC. (“MADLIC”).

2. What MADLIC is and is not

MADLIC provides administrative support and coordination for employment-based immigration processes and connects employers with talent. MADLIC is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice or legal representation, and your use of the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship. MADLIC does not determine anyone’s legal eligibility or choose legal strategies. Those functions belong to licensed attorneys or accredited representatives. When legal guidance is needed, we coordinate with independent immigration attorneys, who are not MADLIC staff and are engaged and billed separately.

3. No guarantee of results

Final decisions on any process rest with the authorities, such as the Department of Labor (DOL), USCIS and the Department of State. MADLIC does not guarantee immigration outcomes, labor certifications, visas, permanent residence, interviews, hiring or job placement. No program may be used to sell jobs or immigration benefits.

4. Site information

Site content is informational and general. Processing times, government fees, visa bulletins and reference figures change frequently and may not be current when you read them; always verify them with official sources. MADLIC fees shown are references, not a quote: the final amount depends on the signed service agreement. Offers or promotions will state their validity and conditions, and apply to service agreements signed within that period. They cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully. You may not: submit false information or someone else’s information, try to access restricted areas without authorization, interfere with the Site’s operation, use automated systems to submit forms in bulk, or copy and redistribute its content without permission.

6. Forms and job applications

You warrant that the information you submit is true, accurate and current. Submitting a form or applying for a position does not guarantee an interview, a job offer, immigration sponsorship or approval of any immigration benefit. The decision to hire or sponsor always belongs to the employer. We share your information with employers only if you authorize it, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

7. Services for employers

MADLIC’s services for employers are governed by a written service agreement. MADLIC’s fees are presented separately from government fees and independent attorney fees. Costs that the law assigns to the employer, such as PERM labor certification costs, may not be shifted to the worker (20 CFR § 656.12(b)). We recommend that an attorney review the structure of each agreement.

8. Webinars

  • Registration is confirmed when you complete the form and, for paid webinars, when payment is confirmed. Payment is processed by Stripe.
  • You will receive the access link by email. Do not share it with third parties.
  • Refunds: if you request a refund up to 48 hours before the start, the registration fee is refunded in full. Within the 48 hours before the start there is no refund, unless we can move your registration to another edition. If MADLIC cancels or reschedules the webinar and you cannot attend, you are refunded in full. Refunds go to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Webinar content is informational. Recording or redistributing it without MADLIC’s authorization is prohibited.

9. Intellectual property

Site content (text, guides, graphics, the MADLIC brand and logo) belongs to MADLIC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to view it and to download the guides for your own use. You may not modify, sell or distribute it without written permission.

10. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party sites and uses providers such as Stripe or Zoom. MADLIC does not control and is not responsible for their content or policies.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MADLIC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content, or for decisions made based on general information without an individual legal assessment.

12. Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for damages you cause MADLIC through use of the Site that breaches these Terms or the law.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Utah County, Utah.

14. Changes

We may modify these Terms. The current version is posted on this page with its date. If you keep using the Site after a change, you are deemed to accept it.
