1. Who we are
This website, madlic.com, is operated by MADLIC Consulting Group, LLC. (“MADLIC”, “we”, “us”), located at 3300 North Triumph Blvd, Ste 100, Lehi, UT 84043, United States. You can reach us at info@madlic.com or +1 (801) 636-6311.
MADLIC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. When legal guidance is needed, we work with independent immigration attorneys.
2. What data we collect
2.1 Contact form
Name, email address, phone number, country, U.S. state, reason for your inquiry, preferred contact time, and the message you write.
2.2 Job applications
Name, phone number, email address, country, current location, English level, whether you are authorized to work in the U.S., whether you have previously had any immigration status or benefit, your current immigration status (optional), availability, your résumé, and your answer on whether you authorize us to share your information with a prospective employer.
Some of this information, such as immigration status, is particularly sensitive. We ask for it only to evaluate your application and we treat it confidentially.
2.3 Webinar registration
Name, email address, phone number, and location. For paid webinars, payment is processed by Stripe: MADLIC does not receive or store your card number; we keep only the payment reference and status.

3. How we use your data
- To answer your inquiries and contact you at the time you indicated.

We do not share your information with government agencies or with third parties outside the process without your prior authorization, except where disclosure is required by law.
